An educational support organization that provides afterschool care for many schools and parents in the city was worried about their upcoming audit.  This was their second audit and the first did not go smoothly or on time.  FOREsight was brought in to help the team prepare for the audit, produce audit schedules, and partner with the auditor to manage the process.  From here we created an audit document that outlined the steps we took in order for future audits to be run by the organization successfully.
