Role at FOREsight
As CFO, Sharon is primarily responsible for the financial management of FOREsight. Sharon has served hundreds of nonprofits, specializing in financial policies and procedures, audit preparation, and major company transitions, as well as special projects such as compensation studies and financial and operational assessments. Recently, Sharon received a Chartered Global Management Designation, considered to be the highest management accountant designation in the US. She was also recognized as SmartCEO Magazine’s “Accountant of the Year” in 2014 as well as a “Woman Worth Watching” in Diversity Journal.
Prior Experience
Sharon has over twenty-five years of accounting, auditing and financial management experience in both the public and private sectors. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and a member of the American Institute and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
