Role at FOREsight
As President and COO of FOREsight, Karen is primarily responsible for ensuring that all client needs are met. In addition to managing FOREsight operations, she provides extensive professional development to boards and finance leaders and has worked with and presented to hundreds of nonprofits around the country. Karen is the recipient of several prestigious awards, including Profiles in Diversity Journal’s “Women Worth Watching” in 2014, which acknowledges women who have distinguished themselves in executive careers. She is also a winner of SmartCEO magazine’s 2014 Executive Management Award for her accomplishments as COO.
Prior Experience
Karen has over fifteen years of accounting, finance and operations management experience. She previously worked as the Director of Finance & Operations for a school as well as an Operations Director for an appellate printing company.
