Prior Experience
Prior to joining CSBM, Derek worked for over 10 years in various non-profit sectors. Managing various financial systems to lead teams towards financial accuracy and productivity. His adaptability, problem solving, and attention to detail have enabled him to thrive in dynamic environments and deliver results that meet both strategic and operational goals.
