Role at CSBM
As a Director in Consulting Services, Tia provides strategic support to a portfolio of charter school and nonprofit clients while leading and developing the internal teams that serve them. They oversee resource planning, team performance, and client success, acting as a key point of escalation. They also partner with senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives and process improvements that strengthen CSBM’s operations and client experience.
Prior Experience
Prior to coming to CSBM, Tia worked in the retail banking industry for serval years where she worked her way up from a Teller to Operations Manager. She has held every position in a retail branch and has worked at three of the top retail banking institutions.
