NEW YORK, NY, January 5, 2021 – FOREsight congratulates Steve Reid, Chief Growth Officer, who was named one of Profile in Diversity Journal’s 2020 Black Leaders Worth Watching. The organization identifies Black leaders who are confident, determined, high-performing, purpose-driven professionals who create value for their coworkers, customers, community, and the organizations where they contribute their talents.
Steve celebrates his 15th year with FOREsight this year and was the first team member to join FOREsight. He supports our clients with a wide variety of fiscal responsibilities, including financial policies and procedures, assessment and implementation of financial systems, budgets, and financial audits. Throughout his tenure at FOREsight, he has specialized in financial turnarounds and school closures.

The pandemic has forced the world to change how it operates and what business looks like. We have leveraged technology in a way that brings our team and clients together and allows for more collaborative experiences. Change can be uncomfortable and bring about doubt, but through determination and viewing each challenge as a potential opportunity, 2020 may ultimately be looked upon as a pivotal point where business and the work experience were changed for the better.”
Steve joins 52 other award winners in Profiles in Diversity Journal’s first-ever Black Leaders Worth Watching awards, who have blazed new trails, led the way, mentored others, advanced diversity and inclusion in the workplace and the community, and excelled in their chosen fields.
Profiles in Diversity Journal, now in its 17th year, is a quarterly magazine focusing on diversity/inclusion in business, government, non-profit, higher education and military settings. The focus of the Journal is on senior leadership, best practices, workforce diversity strategies, and recognition of employee contribution.
