An independent school came to us identifying gaps in their internal finance team, noting that their CFO and bookkeeper had recently departed leaving the Controller trying to fill those roles on their own. We came in to triage immediately with bookkeeper support and brought in our own senior financial support to fill in as their CFO. This quick pivot enabled us to bring stability to the organization. From here, the school’s goal was to refill the finance team with their own staff within the year. We helped identify, vette, and interview candidates and, in turn, create a smooth transition for the new team.
