In his role as CGO, Steve supports our clients with a wide variety of fiscal responsibilities, including assessment and implementation of financial systems, budgets, and financial audits. Steve specializes in financial turnarounds, best practices to maintain sustainable cash flow, streamlining financial policies and procedures and presenting to boards of trustees.
Prior Experience
Steve has over fifteen years of accounting, finance and operations management experience. He previously served as the Director of Operations and Finance for a school and Operations Director for a rapidly expanding small business.
