As an Associate Director, Leslie supports clients with managing client success, team performance, and process and program implementation. They also support clients by onboarding new clients and leading the transition, as well as managing staffing needs for their client teams.
Prior Experience
Leslie has seven years of experience providing tax and accounting services to small businesses and individuals. Prior to joining CSBM, Leslie worked as a Bookkeeper in a real estate management company and as an Accounting Assistant at an accounting firm.
