As a Managing Director, Heather leads CSBM and FOREsight’s client service teams and guides strategic planning across the portfolio. They oversee resource management, performance goals, and organizational initiatives while building strong partnerships with clients, audit firms, and key stakeholders. They play a central role in growing the business, developing talent, and strengthening the systems that support high-quality service delivery.
Prior Experience
Heather previously worked for Oasis Children’s Services, an organization providing summer camps and after-school programs in and around NYC. While there, she worked in various roles including the Director of Operations and Business Development Coordinator.
